Spieglein, Spieglein in meiner Hand, wer ist die Schönste im ganzen Land?
Was ist Schönheit? Schönheit liegt im Auge des Betrachters sagte der Grieche Thukydides. Wenn das stimmt, dann kann es keine allgemein gültige Definition von Schönheit geben, und doch werden wir so geprägt, dass wir pauschale Maßstäbe für schön und hässlich anwenden. Versuchen wir doch mal den Blick hinter den Spiegel zu richten in allem Sein das schöne zu entdecken!
Mirror, mirror in my hand, who is the fairest of them all? What is beauty? „Beauty is in the eye of the beholder“ said the Greek Thucydides. If that’s true, then there can be no universal definition of beauty, and yet we’re molded to use blanket standards of beauty and ugliness. Let’s try to look behind the mirror to discover the beauty in everything!
